About Me	See above. Lost two wives due to cancer. The second one last year. I served as an enlisted Naval reserve Hospital Corpsman for 2 years prior to graduating from Annapolis in 1959. Resigned my comission as a Navy Lieutenant, O3, equivalent to Captain in other branches. Attended San Jose University to fill in civil engineer background. Became a licensed Civil Engineer in 1967. My speciality is hydrology and hydraulics. I have two sons. One is a professor of political theory at Cal-Poly University. He also has a law degree from The University of Pennsylvania. My other son is a scientist that does cancer research. I have a scholarship in their mom's name at Terra Linda High School based on need through the AVID program. I also have a scholarship at College of Marin in Mr. Ralph Conrad's name, who assisted me in getting into Annapolis. I ...(read more)
