About	My brother John passed after a brutal battle with cancer. He was a skilled craftsman, knife maker, leather worker. He did custom body and paint work on cars and motorcycles, and was a farrier later in life. He lovingly restored his 32 ft sailing boat piece by piece. A fiercely private man, he lived life on his own terms. RIP brother. Calm seas ahead. Your sisters Marilyn and Tina.

I worked with your dad at Periats and Bayshore Intl Trucks John Sr. . My wife and I last saw John And Maria at their place Grass Valley 13367 Crawford Ln. Ran into Jr. in wood side I was working on customers truck a farrier was there I said friend of mine had a son that was a farrier named Silveira . He was there that day. Whats the odds, We meet he didnt know me told him John took a job in Alaska for a while and Maria followed. Your brother reminded me of Sr. He customer thought highly of him. Roger owner of Bayshore was also Portuguese they bumped heads slightly but they really liked him.
