Bill passed after many months in a nursing home. We kept in contact on a weekly basis and it was only the last month or so that he lost the fight. Those who remember Bill, kmow he was one of the finest athletes to come from the Salem area. Although I live here in North Carolina, and he was up in the lakes region of NH, when we matched up again it was like 50 years had not passed at all. I will never forgot the games we plpayed, the day trips or the one year he was with us at Keene State. A true brother and a fantastic guy.
