About Me	I was born in Athens, Ga. in 1952. Grew up between Chicago and New York. Left the North for the South and attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Married a very beautiful and genuine lady from the Staunton, Va., a small town in the heart of the Shenendoah Valley in 1974. I took a job witn Burroughs Computer right out of college selling busineszs equipment and computers. I did that for three years then joined Broyhill Furniture where I worked for 25 years. My first daughter, Heather was born in 1977 in Denver, CO. as Colorado and Wyoming was my first territory with Broyhill. My second daughter, Melissa was born in Mission Viejo, Ca. where I had been transferred to work National Accounts. My son, Ryan, was born in Lenoir, NC after I had been transferred back to the main office as a sales manager. Through various promotions etc. I rose to the #2 spot at Broyhill and loved the furniture business. Unfortunately, my wife passed away suddenly at 46 years old in 1999. From there, I left Broyhill in 2000 with a focus on my kids, and an eye towards consulting. I did that for a few years, worked for another furniture company, did some entreprenurial things, retired, dated around, then got remarried in 2004.
