About Me | *~Married To My Husband; Edgar, Whom I Love With All My Heart. On 8/11/06 - Married for 5 yrs. Never thought that I would ever get a great tall dark handsome man. LOL. God has truly blessed me, and forever I'm very thankful.~ (= *~Our 3yr. Old Son Isaiah. Our son is truly our miracle baby, no doubt. Isaiah was originally suppost to be born towards the end of Mar. '08 Isaiah was born 2 mths. early, on Jan. 31, 08. He weighed 4lbs 8oz and 17in. Born at 31 wks. I had an Emergency C-Section. The doctor gave me 1 long needle shot, and 2 short needle shots in my spin. Still till this day I have sever lower back pain. Having my son 2 mths. early is due to me having Preclampysia; it's Low Tyroid, High Blood Pressure, Retaining Fluid. Isaiah stayed in the hospital for 5 wks., and I was in the hospital for 1 wk. I was walking and exercising, but I started having trouble with my about 3 mths. into my pregnancy. I had absolutely no energy, I felt tired all the time. Having a very low tyroid makes you gain a lot of weight and sometimes you don't know. I started to retain alot of fluids; which it's more of the water that's sitting in you, and you can't get rid of the fluid, unless you get your thyroid treated. My blood pressure was very high through my pregnancy. Till this day I have tyhroid trouble, high blood pressure, and retaing water. It's Prayer, Prayer. Looking back on having my son 2 mths early, now I know why. God Was Truly There. There first time that I got to got back to see him in the NiCU on all the heart monitor tubes, and the feeding tube. I got so emotionial , I held him so gentle, and close to me that I never wanted to leave his side, and it was so hard. I'm forever thankful for ALL of the NICU nurses, and doctors; at the Baylor Medical Center Hospital in Irving, TX. And also My Lord and Savior. For My Mother Gaylene, who was by Mine and Isaiah's side, I Love You Mom Always! As I'm typing this I am emotional because God prepared Isaiah in my womb, God took me through this pregnancy. I never lost site of Prayer, or site of God. With Isaiah being in the NICU for 5 wks. No mom and her baby should ever have to go through this. It's something that God takes us through. He tests us daily and through situations. Now Isaiah is 3 1/2 yrs. old. He is 40lbs. Tall like his daddy, and getting taller. Healthy big son. I am truly Blessed everyday, and I will never stop thanking God or testifying our situation. ~GOD KNOWS!~ A...(read more) |
