Conceived, researched and submitted to the U.S. Treasury approved the Big Ten Savings Program during the Vietnam era (sill in effect today). Sr Lifesaver/WSI, PADI/YMCA Advanced Gold Certified SCUBA diver with additional certifications, and ex-private pilot. Asst Program Manager of HQDA Medical Corps Grad Med Educ.
