| About Me | I joined the Army after high school and stayed on active duty for 7 years. During that time I met my wife and we left active duty service. I completed an appenticeship program and became and worked as an electrician. I worked part time for the City of Osawatomie as a patrolman. I was recalled to active duty after 911 in 2003 to work with the military police battalion at Fort Riley Kansas for a year, and then returned home. In 2007 my battalion was activated to Serve in Iraq. Myself and the Battalion Staff was assigned to a Forward Operation Base in Baghdad ( Camp Cropper ). My specific job was to oversee the health, welfare, and quality of life for all Soldiers, civilians and coalition partners assisgned to the Base.
