About	Billy Joe Kaster 49, formally of Rushville, passed away March 14, 2014 in Indianapolis. He was born June 26, 1964 in Rushville, a son of the late Charles William Kaster and Shirly A (Van Sickle) Wright. He attended Rushville Schools and was a gifted athlete. Joe served in the US Army where he earned his GED, and most recently was a factory worker working at GECOM in Greensburg. Billy Joe's surviving family include a daughter Britany (Mrs John) Smith II and grandchild John Smith III; brothers Ronnie Palmer, Gary Palmer, Randy (wife Rita) Kaster & Charles Kaster. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also will remember him. His life will be remembered and celebrated in a private family service with his cousin, the Rev. Ted Totsch, officiating. Joe will be given military honors and cremated. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
