David M. Sturgeon Sr., 68, an Army veteran, passed away at his home in Redding, Calif., on Dec. 4, 2014.
He was a 1964 graduate of RHS.
He is survived by two brothers, Jeff Sturgeon and Steve Sturgeon; son, David Sturgeon Jr.; and daughter Raina Colleen Lani; two granddaughters, three nephews and one great grandson.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Childers and father Wesley Sturgeon.
