About	David Leon Thomas (May 23, 1950 - November 22, 2013) David Leon Thomas, age 63 of Oneida, Tennessee, departed this life on Friday, November 22, 2013 at his home. Born in Rushville, Indiana on May 23, 1950, he was the son of the late Leonard and Nina (Poe) Thomas. David worked at the Schnadig Corporation approximately 15 years, was an avid hunter and devoted family man. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Susan Thomas; mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and Bill Cardwell. He was survived by his wife Janice Thomas; children Mark and Kasi Thomas; brothers Greg Thomas and wife Linda and Joe Thomas; many other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the Thomas family on Monday, November 25, 2013 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Stan Day officiating. Interment will follow in the Black Creek Cross Roads Cemetery. West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of David Leon Thomas.
