About	August 29, 2013 Rushville Republican RUSHVILLE — Briana Jo Springman, 34, of Manilla, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at Major Hospital, Shelbyville. She was born Dec. 8, 1978, in Shelbyville. Survivors include her parents, Tony Laird and Kerri J. (Wickline) Laird; children, Kyra J. and Parker A. Springman of Manilla; sister, Tara L. (husband, Jay) Griffith of Shelbyville; brother, Aaron M. (wife, Teresa) Gobel of Shelbyville; grandparents, Bob and Christine Laird, Morristown, Nancy Meal, Shelbyville and Paul J. Gobel, Shelbyville; and boyfriend, Matt Martin, Camby. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark A. Gobel; grandmother, Doris Gobel; and grandfather, Richard Wickline. Briana was a lifetime resident of Manilla. She had worked for PKG Trucking in Rushville. Also, she was an independent distributor for It Works! She graduated for Rushville Consolidated High School in 1997. Briana was kind, caring and generous. She never met a stranger and brightened every room she walked into. She loved her family and friends. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and going to car shows. She was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, girlfriend and friend and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Robb Barlow officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association c/o the funeral home.
