About	Gina Marie Berggren, 49, a longtime resident of Rush County, passed away Friday evening, June 1, 2012. She was born on June 17, 1962 in Rushville to Jack D. McGrath and Charlotte (Evans) Sippel. Gina was a 1981 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and a graduate of PJ's Beauty College. She lived in Illinois for 8 years, but spent most of her life in Rushville. Gina was a beautician and an instructor at Kay's Beauty College. She married George E. Berggren on February 11, 1995 and he survives. She was a member of the Main Street Christian Church. Gina enjoyed painting. She loved nature and all its beauty. In addition to her husband, Gina is survived by her mother & step-father, Charlotte & Alvin Sippel, Jr. of Rushville, a son, Blakelee Berggren at home, a step son, Travis Berggren of Rushville, step grandfather, Maynard Holmgarrd of Iowa and brothers, Rocky & wife Terri McGrath of Andersonville, Randy McGrath & companion Joanna of Rushville and Robert & wife Melissa McGrath of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her father. Services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, June 5 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville, where friends are welcome to visit from 10:30 until time of service that same day. Pastor Jan Dimick will preside and burial will be in the Raleigh (Zion) Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
