Johnnie D. Babbs, 45, of Glenwood, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003, Fayette Memorial Hospital in Connersville.
Born Sept. 15, 1957, in Rushville, son of Robert E. and Patty (Hankins) Babbs.
Survivors include his parents of Glenwood; one stepson, Daniel J. Babbs of Shelbyville; three brothers, Bryon E. Babbs of Florida, Allen Babbs of Greensburg and Andy Babbs of Glenwood; one sister, Rose Anna Babbs of Shelbyville; two grandsons, Cody Babbs and Kyle Babbs, both of Shelbyville; and fiancee, Darlene Waterhouse of Glenwood.
He moved from Rushville to Glenwood 10 years ago and was the owner and operator of Parts is Parts, an automobile parts dealer.
John graduated from Rushville Consolidated High School in 1975 and was a member of the Buick Grand Sports Car Club.
