About	Dale Ward, 58, of Arlington, passed away April 30, 2010 at Rush Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 15, 1952 in Greenfield, he was the son of Wilburn and Juanita (Anderson) Ward, both deceased. He married Debra Sorrell May 6, 1972; she survives. Mr. Ward assisted on the D and W Norris farm. He was a detassler supervisor and driver several years for Pioneer Seed, drove a school bus for 16 years, and did janitorial work for New Salem school and Rushville Consolidated High School for 10 years. He had worked as a payload driver the last three years for CGS Services in Morristown. He was a 1971 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School, a member of Arlington Christian Church, member of the Posey Township VFD and the Pioneer Engineer's Club. Survivors in addition to his wife include sons, Kevin (Chrystal) of Arlington, Kristopher (Kim) of Manilla; daughter, Kathy (John) Leach of Indianapolis; brother, Barry (Lisa) Ward of Arlington; and six grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Max and Bruce. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Arlington Christian Church with Bob Brock and the Rev. Roger T. Abraham officiating. Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
