About	Bettie J. Mullins 96, of Rushville passed away 9:40 PM Saturday April 1, 2006 at Rush Memorial Hospital. She was born June 23, 1909 in Shelby County, IN the daughter of the late Frank and Helen McGuire Innis. She married Thad Mullins July 30, 1940 and he survives. She was co-owner, sales woman and bookkeeper of Neff's Shoe Store in downtown Rushville for 38 years. She was a 1927 graduate of Rushville High School. Bettie played the organ for silent movies at the Princess Theater in Rushville and also had played for St. Mary Catholic Church where she was a member. Survivors in addition to her husband include two daughters Susan Mullins of Santa Rosa, CA and Carol (husband Greg) Matern of Pendleton, IN. Four Grandchildren, five great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by two sisters Louise Myers and Virginia Hamilton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Tuesday April 4th at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville with Rev. William Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Rushville. Friends may call Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville.
