About	April Dawn (Crain) Nicholson, 49 of Homer, passed away on March 2, 2018 in Columbus surrounded by her family. She was born on July 10, 1968 in Rushville to the late Joe and Bonnie (Pearcy) Crain. April married Tim Nicholson on June 21, 2003 and he survives. She is a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. April was a part of the Local 20 sheet metal workers for 19 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandma. April is survived by her sons, Scotty Cameron of Rushville, Adam (Annie) Nicholson of Indianapolis, and Mathew (Jennifer) Nicholson of Shelbyville; daughters, Liana Cameron of Rushville, Charlotte Nicholson of Rushville, and Tammy (Shawn) Baker of Virginia; brother, Carry Gates of Colorado; sisters, Dela, Bonita, and Kathy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 5 PM in St. Paul United Methodist Church with Pastor Roy Ice presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family from 4 PM until the time of service. Memorial Contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana
