He was a member of the Runge High School football team and the band. He was 80 years old. Survived by his brother Floyd Rex McLane and wife Carolyn of Kyle, TX; one sister, Elizabeth (Mack) Kirk and husband David of Kermit, TX; one niece, and one nephew.
