Robert M. Petillo

Army, 20+ Years
Sergeant Major Robert Petillo is the Senior Soloist in The United States Army Chorus, a performing element of The United States Army Band (Pershing's Own) stationed just outside Washington DC at Ft. Myer VA. Having served since 1986, he is now the historian and foreign language specialist for the ensemble, and has sung in more than 30 languages for visiting dignitaries. Prior to this, he was section leader of the first tenors for 10 years. The U.S. Army Chorus sings frequently at the White House, for senior Army leader's events, at the U.S. Capitol for special ceremonies, and in public concerts.
