Served in the 9 the Infantry Division with my late brother Denys, served for three years in Germany and last but not least I finished up in the 101 St. Airborne Division . All in choppers so I got to fly a lot and got to see much of Europe from the sky. While serving in Germany and on a flight to erect some ski towers for the French government we stopped to refuel some where in France so I went to the flight line café and low and behold I bumped into Jim Herring also a Rudyard graduate with his new bride .It is a small world.
