ROY MILLER FABULOUS 60'S HALL & WALL OF HONOR IS A REALITY
IN LATE JULY 2025 A CALL FOR NOMINEES TO BE CONSIDERATED FOR THE THE FABULOUS 60’S HALL OF HONOR WAS CREATED BY The ROY MILLER HIGH SCHOOL FABULOUS 60'S ASSOCIATION INC. The Group is accepting nominees living or deceased for the HALL OF HONOR. Nominees are to be from Roy Miller 1960 to 1969 GRADUATES only. Qualifications: Type of Individual, including Accomplishments in School, after leaving Roy Miller HS such Higher Education, Community Service, Political Appointments, and Values instilled in Family and Friends. Names submitted will remain eligible for future consideration.
A Maximum Five (5) Inductees for the HALL OF HONOR will be selected from a list of names provided once every Quarter, i.e. every three months from Class Years 1960 to 1969. A minimum of ten (10) names of possible inductees will be provided to the Hall of Honor Selection Committee, known as “Selection Committee Group Experts”, top five (5) individuals will be selected and presented to Group Members for a two-day period of discussion.
HALL OF HONOR Inductees will be selected Quarterly commencing July 2025 and continue every three months, i.e. October 2025, January 2026, April 2026. The Hall of Honor logo will be affixed to the Posts, together and separately when their names are mentioned.
The Following will be included in the Quarterly Posts of Inductees: FABULOUS 60’s BUC HALL OF HONOR MEMBER(S) (award specialty field if utilized).
The aim is to Honor and remember Living and Deceased Classmates and Friends that made some difference in our and people’s lives.

Memorial Service for Coach Vance L. Heard
Coach Vance Heard aka Coach Heard passed away on June 29, 2013. He taught, coached and served as Vice-Principal during his tenure at Miller High School from 1975 to 1996. His memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Oveal Williams Senior Center, 1414 Martin Luther King Drive, Corpus Christi, TX. Attendees are asked to wear their purple and gold clothing. This will be his "CELEBRATION OF LIFE" , not a sad homegoing. Hope that you can attend.
Roy Miller Class of '83 - 30-year Reunion
