Kathy passed away from complications from lung disease. She was gifted with a new lung that gave her 12 more years. She was married to Jim Billings, a career Air Force Sergent. She had one daughter, Lori. Both passed away in 2015. Kathy was an office manager in several businesses and Claims Clerk for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was the greatest Aunt her many nieces & nephews would testify to. Survived by grandchildren Emma Roten and Daniel Murphy; siblings Steve (Sharon) Becker and Patty (Lee) McQueen.
