Favorite School Memory	The moment that I walked across the stage at graduation (becoming the first of now many family members to graduate from high school) and knowing that I was going to get out of Roseburg and have an awesome life (which came true)!
About Me	I moved to Seattle soon after graduating from RHS and lived there for six years. While in Seattle, I attended SPU and worked at Seattle Biomedical Research Institute in a lab studying malaria. I reluctantly moved to Portland for a job at the Portland VA Medical Center/OHSU as a neuroscientist where I study the effects of chronic alcohol use on the brain. It took about a year to fall out of love with Seattle and in love with Portland, but now I don't think that I could live anywhere else! I live with my amazing...(read more)
