About	Ned resided in Roseburg and attended Roseburg high during his teen years. He lived a full life and was much loved by family, friends and his peers in the building industry. Sadly, Ned passed away on Monday, September 27th 2010. His years in Roseburg were remembered often and in his heart it was his hometown. He would have been 16 or 17 in 1963 when he left Roseburg High for the Navy. He did not graduate, but received his diploma in the services.
