About Me	I went on to St. Olaf College and graduated in 1977, then on to Northwestern Graduate School of Management and graduated in 1979. My first real job was marketing at Ralston Purina where I started as marketing assistant on Meow Mix cat food. Soon thereafter I married my first and current wife, Carol Swartout, in 1981. We have two children. My carear has evolved from Ralston Purina to Energizer battery, after Ralston acquired Energizer in 1986. In 2000 we spunn off, as Energizer Holdings Inc. from Ralston. In July of 2015 we spun our personal care division, Edgewell, off of Energizer. I went with the spun off company where I am the Executive Chairman of the Board after having been CEO of Energizer Holdings for 10+ years.
