David was killed in a private airplane accident in Livingston Montana September 2,1969.
He had finished a four year college education at Simpson College and had registered for graduate degree at Denver University Denver Colorado in law.
His dad and mother picked him up in Denver and went on to California for a business/vacation trip. On the way back they refueled in Livingston. As they took off they circled the airport. The plane went into a stall and plummeted to the ground killing his parents immediately. David lived for a few hours.
