About	It is with gereat sadness that I have to report that my Mother passed away on Sunday 1/7/24. She passed in her sleep after being transported to the hospital. She was a feisty 82 yrs old. I was lucky to be with her holding her hand, letting her know it was ok to go to the party that she said was organized by her mother and sisters earlier in the week (all have passed). Her nails were painted red and I let her know that she was party ready and to go celebrate. We haven't made plans for services yet. The goal is to have one in her beloved Des Moines.

I'm saddened to hear that Lois has passed. She was a fun loving member of our class of '59. She received lots of friends and was a true friend to many. I love her graduation picture. It sure captures her beauty inside and out.

My condolences to her family especially her dear daughter. It is good to know she was ready for her heavenly party. I know she will be missed by me and many others.
