I did artwork in my Junior year of High School.I would say,what I liked about it was:it just opened up a new world ???? of enjoyment with me!It gave you the freedom to do what you wanted,exspress yourself,and enjoy ???? the artwork that you had finished!Whether it was:jewelry making,drawing,or cereamics!This is what I really like about that year!(which was 1978).I still have my little,ceramic dragon that I made at home ???? along with my dad who had helped me at the time.I enventually threw away the drawing pad that I had saved in High School.As,I didn’t want it,anymore.And,we were moving,so,I threw it in the recycling.But,I’ve got a new drawing pad,plus,one of my dad”s,so,that”s okay!My sister”s;Eileen Thomas(whose a former Roosevelt alum)is now living in New York City(Brooklyn)with her adopted daughter:Olivia Thomas.Jan Thomas,another former Roosevelt student ????????? is living in Las Vegas,Nevada and is doing sound there in casinos.She used to be married,is now divorced,but,is very happy looking after her two grown daughter”s;Tara Golding and Jill Golding.Jan became a Grand mother in the fall of 2013.Her grand:daughter”s name is:Mariam Thompson.The last we were together was:in Thanksgiving of 2017,the year that I had moved to the Independant Senior Housing.I now live in West Des Moines Iowa.Too,I wish everyone happy Thanksgiving,a Merry Christmas,and a Happy New Year!Let”s hope it’s better than this past year,and I really hope we fight this terriable flu ???? virus!
