About Me	I got married to Ron, my husband, a Vietnam Veteran and had 6 marvelous children Marie 32, David 31, Katie 29, Elizabeth 27, Daniel 25 and Emma 20. We lived, farmed and did custom harvesting in South Dakota until 1998 when we moved to Elk City, Oklahoma where we base our custom harvesting business. We travel from the Texas/ Oklahoma border to the Canadian line in North Dakota, harvesting all along the way. We start around the middle of May and finish around Thanksgiving. In the winter time, we repair our harvest equiptment and rebuild antique tractors. All of our children have harvested with us, but currently 3 of our children are still part of the business: David and his wife Verena who is expecting around Thanksgiving, and Daniel and Emma. Marie and her husband Eric live in Wahpeton, ND with 3 boys and 1 girl, Katie and her husband Tim live in Atchison, KS with 3 girls, Elizabeth and her family live in Elk City,...(read more)
