FRIDAY NIGHT HALL EVENT ($45 per person) Date & Location: August 5, 7-11 PM, Nederhouser Hall, Olander Park, Sylvania OH Dinner, Music, Limited Open Bar, and Saturday Picnic included in Admission Buffet Menu: Appetizers Bruschetta with tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil Sundried tomato tortillas with vegetables and hummus Tartlets with brie, apple and caramelized onion Dinner Chicken Marsala-sautéed chicken breasts with mushroom Marsala sauce Beef Tenderloin with horseradish sauce and rolls to make sandwiches Pasta Primavera-pasta with fresh vegetable and pesto sauce Roasted Potatoes with rosemary and garlic French Green Beans Spinach salad with strawberries, mandarin oranges and toasted almonds Ciabatta Baguettes Chocolate Mousse Music: DJ and KJ by Terri Oke Bar: Four drink tickets included with admission for a selection of popular beer, wine, and soft drink choices. Setups also provided for those who choose to" BYOB." Memory Books: created from Biographical Information placed by classmates at www.reuniondb.com and from compiled event photos, with photography by Mike McDermott.
