class of 75 blue saphire ring stolen while in the military, in san diego 1976

Blue oval stone. Engraved with obvious 1980 Rockford Stigma Had my name on it I'm pretty sure, or at least enough information to identify it for a return. Doubtful for a return at all, as I think one of my "trusted" roommates stole it in '82 or 83. It was silver and probably long gone. Thanks, Dawn Mallery
