| About Me | I hung around Rockford became a CNA and then finished my 2 year at RVC. I worked for MCI/NCO for 6 years and relocated to Texas. Moving was the best thing I could have ever did. I landed a great job and moved up the corporate ladder fast and have a great job. I am a training and quality manager over 2 call centers (Houston-Miami) 9 lines of business and 3 different languages.
