Roy passed from heart related issues and ran the Rock Bridge High School planetarium at RBHS. I was at his funeral in the Rock Bridge Hight School performing arts center.

Roy was a a student enrolled in my Astronomy class while I was the Director of the facility. With pride he took over the job when we lost Bob Bihr. I understand he did and exceptional job and was loved by his students
