| About Me | Immediately after graduation I found out I was blind in one eye and needed special glasses along with re-learning many basics. So I went back to RHS as the first post-grad and took 4 classes each morning and continued to work at the Avon Township library. Next came 2 years of college and my decision to be an Anglican nun. Before going into the convent I wanted to travel so I took a job with an airline as a flight dispatcher. While relocating once again [Halloween night no less] I was kidnapped and released 24 hrs. later...but this set up a year of my being the witness for the prosecution in a police I.A. investigation. Life has not been dull. I took a few more assignments for the airline and thought again about leaving for the convent when Wes England came into my life. After what could easily be called a 'rocky' courtship we married and now have 2 children and each of our son and daughter have blessed us with a boy and girl...4 wonderful Grands...as I call them. I'm a retired principal's secretary and told the staff when I left, "I've been doing this job longer than most of you have been alive". Wes is retired also. He started out in the Air Force and finished his 30 years with Naval Air. He also is retired from his civilian job as a railroad enviromentalist.
