Please keep my family in your prayers. Visitation for my brother Victor Toliver will be this Saturday February the 18th, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for his family and friends to view. However, the family will later have a private ceremony on.
The family also lost their brother, Kelvin Toliver a few days later. Arrangements are pending.
