I have thought of you and missed you every day since that cold February afternoon that your life was taken away in the center of town by that 'drunk' officer. I wish that off-duty officer had paid for what he did to our family---he belonged in prison! The bar owner had stated that he & his partner had been drinking for hours that afternoon before this happened. This senseless tragedy sent my Grandma, Mom, and Dad to an early grave! He got away with what I consider a 'cruel & unwarranted murder' of a young, innocent kid! The grand jury was afraid and failed to indict that officer who worked for a high-ranking official at the N.M. state capitol during that period (dirty politics at play). My little brother, Frankie: you have NEVER been forgotten!!!
