Age 63. Died 2/23/18 of cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Earl & Arlene West. Survived by sister Rebecca West, and nieces J.Rose Sorenson and Alexa Smallwood. Born 7/4/1954, Swedish Hospital, Minneapolis. Graduated from Robbinsdale Armstrong H.S. Ron was an extremely intelligent, spiritual and funny man who lived an isolated life, due to adult onset schizophrenia. He looked like George Harrison and loved Led Zeppelin. It is with such great sadness that we grieve the final loss of a dear brother who left us so long ago. Prayers for those who struggle with this stigmatized illness. Memorials preferred to NAMI. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery, Washburn McReavy.
