About Me	After graduating from college in 2004 I moved to Tokyo Japan where I currently reside. I was coordinator for the All Nippon Airlines English Education program through Interac while also teaching business English classes to employees of various Japanese and international companies such as NEC, Hitachi, PAG Imports, Pioneer, Otis Elevator, Chugai Pharma (Roche), Bridgestone Tires, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, etc. Now I am a Career Consultant supporting International IT companies (mostly American) expand in Japan and Asia by identifying and matching top talent for executive positions. Our clients range from Venture Capital and Silicon Valley startu-ups to major Fortune 100 companies. Mostly I get to do what I do best which is understand people and help them understand their own strengths or compliments in career or company growth which liaising between Western and Japanese business styles. In 2009, I moved to K2 Partnering Solutions to help start up their Tokyo branch. I am now a Regional Account Executive, focusing mostly on IT staffing and recruitment for major corporations with IT Transformation needs in the region and world. I married my husband in 2010 and we have three children (Fio, female, born in 2013 and Kai & Rui, male born in 2015). We live in Tokyo but often travel around the country on weekends. We have a dog. If you knew my family, you may be sad to hear that my parents both passed away in 2014. They have 4 grandchildren born since their passing including my twin boys.
