About	Sheila A. Guilliams, Age 47, of Fresno, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2007, along with her son, Joshua Zickefoose, in Apache County, Arizona. She was born December 22, 1959 in Coshocton, Ohio to Ronald and Lucille (Jenkins) Adkins of Coshocton. Sheila was 1978 graduate of River View High School, and a 1999 graduate of C.O.T.C. as a Registered Nurse. She was a Supervisor of Nursing at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, and also a traveling nurse. She was a member of Coshocton Church of the Nazarene; Women of Witness; O.N.A.; A.N.A.; Coshocton County Leadership. Sheila was a Foster Parent; she participated in multiple missionary programs; several Footlight Player productions; and enjoyed traveling, camping, and hunting. On February 29, 1992, she married Keith E. Guilliams, who survives. In addition to her parents and husband, Sheila is survived by sons, Justin Zickefoose of Columbus, Ohio, Tyler Guilliams of Fresno; brother, Stuart Adkins of St. Louisville, OH; sisters, Terri Kline (Marty) of Windsor, MO, Lori Mullett (Mark) of West Lafayette, Tracy DeSanto (James) of Wooster. She is preceded in death by a brother, Michael Adkins.
