| About Me | Went to UW-Stout, went for a major that would take me to beautiful places to work, found work in Alaska and fell in love with the people and the place. Moved up to Alaska permanently in 1992, played a lot all over the state, married a Yukoner in 1995, built our house in Haines, Alaska and moved to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory in 2002 after our son was born. Now have three kids and found a fun house on a lake with 20 acres in the wilderness about 20 minutes from town. My husband, Mario, works for gold mining company maintaining the vehicle fleet. I design and manufacture bead jewelry for about 70 stores around Alaska, WA and Oregon that buy it from me. Time just flies by and we are trying to enjoy every minute of it.
