Annette lived near Grant's Pass, Oregon with her husband, name I do not know at this time. She had health problems for a few years according to her brother Ron Rice, who lives in Alaska. Her health deteriorted and sadly, she passed, I believe, in 2008. Sorry, do not know month or day.
