| About Me | I like to exercise. I ran 17 marathons when I was younger. 2 San Francisco 1997 and 1998, 3 Los Angeles 1994, '96 and '99 and all the Sacramento International Marathons from 1996 through 2007. I don't run that many miles anymore, but I'm sure I could still finish a 10k if I had to. The time would be a lot slower than I used to be able to run. I also found to Planet Fitness regularly and can work up quite a sweat on the stationary bike. I have pretty good lung capacity even today from all the aerobic training I've done and the fact I never smoked cigarettes helped in that regard. I haven't been that lucky ...(read more) |
