| About Me | Navy Seabees 4 years Penn State 4+ years Civil Engineering survived cancer got married for 27 years worked for Penn DOT for 23 years: Road & Bridge Construction (8 years); Bridge Design (2 years), Research Project Manager (13 years); evaluating new technologies for transportation applications. Divorced; wife decided to go crazy and I decided not to go with her. Changed careers to the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Engineer and went to Iraq for 13 months. I had to go to a war zone to find inner peace from the divorce. I remarried and resettled in Florida. I deployed to Afghanistan 3 times and Jordan once (Jordan was great!). My wife and I visit Thailand frequently. I'm currently finishing up the last year of my career to pursue all the fun activities available at the beach in Florida (aka God's Waiting Room).
