Carol Tezla Obituary Dana's Wife
1964 - 2016 Tezla, Carol Ann (nee Blanche), 51 of Wayne, formerly of Holmes, lost her lifelong battle with addiction on July 9, 2016. Ms. Tezla was born in Philadelphia to the late William M. and Ruth M. (Hoffman) Blanche. Carol, a caregiver and mother of four, enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Dana Tezla. Survivors: Children Miranda Tezla, Samantha Huntzman, Nicole Tezla and Joseph Tezla; grandchildren Gracie Mae and Joseph; brothers Donald, Michael and Anthony Blanche; also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friend Don Lewis.
