About	Erie Times-News (PA) - April 28, 2003 Deceased Name: Keith Richard Bartlett Worked at Albion State Correctional Institution MEADVILLE—Keith Richard Bartlett, 47, 16950 Bookhouser Road, Saegertown, died Saturday, April 26, 2003, as the result of an auto accident. He was born Nov. 14, 1955, in Philadelphia, son of Haze Richard and Velva Mae Schaffer Bartlett. He had been employed at the State Correctional Institution for 18 years, serving at Camp Hill, Mercer and Cambridge Springs. He currently held the rank of captain at SCI Albion. He was a 1973 graduate of Ridley High School in Delaware County. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving for six years. He was of the Native American faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He practiced karate and had a second degree white belt. He enjoyed his family and four-wheeling with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Debra A. Bartlett; two daughters, Dawn Willey and her husband, Lynn, of Cambridge Springs and Jennifer Bartlett of New Mexico; a stepdaughter, Kacie Cornell of Saegertown; two grandchildren; a sister, Gayee Fye and her husband, David, of Rising Star, Md.; a brother, Glenn Cougar Bartlett of Lancaster County; and four nephews. No calling hours will be held. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Hunter Funeral Home, 330 Broad St., Saegertown, with Glenn Cougar Bartlett, his brother, officiating.
