Favorite School Memory	Not really a favorite, but I suppose my most vivid memory is of watching the cupola tumble off the roof during the fire. (Was that our junior or senior year?)
About Me	For several years after college I traveled around -- New York, New Orleans, California, New Mexico, old Mexico -- and lived for a while in Oregon. In 1976 I settled down in New Orleans, where I tended bar for a few years until I landed a newspaper job. That kept me busy until 2000, when I moved to Ohio to look after my mom.
