Alixanne M. Guenther, age 66, of Mt. Olive Twp., New Jersey, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
Born and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey to the late Frank and Marian Johnson, she moved to Mt. Olive Twp. in 1994. Alixanne was a talented seamstress and had been employed as such in New York, NY for many years. Later, after meeting her husband Jon, she left the fashion industry and in the early 2000s, went to work with him as a bookkeeper at his company, Quality Truck Sales in Elizabeth, NJ.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Jon; two children, Jason Grant Guenther and Julia Elizabeth Guenther; and three sisters, Meg Schroeder, Meredith Clarke, and Morgwn Driscoll.
Visitation will be Friday, March 29 from 2:30 to 5:00 PM at Morgan Funeral Home, 31 Main St, Netcong NJ 07857. A funeral service will conclude the visitation at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. All are welcome to attend to extend their condolences and to pay their respects.
