About Me	Tim Pence currently serves as Percussion Caption Head for the 2008 WGI World Finalist, Elements Indoor Performance Ensemble from Frazeysburg, Ohio. In 2005 they were the WGI Independent "A" World Champions. Tim is also serves as President on the Board of Directors for Elements Youth Organization. Tim's summer and fall responsibilities include working as the Program Coordinator for the Ridgewood High School Percussion Ensemble in West Lafayette, Ohio and under Tim's direction, his groups have never received anything less than a Superior rating at an OMEA sanctioned event. He also works as the Clinics Coordinator for Ridgewood where he organizes yearly clinics with some of the top names in the marching percussion industry. Tim is a member of the Percussive Arts Society and in 2005 he served as a member for the PASIC Marching Percussion Committee.
