Jeff Burnett,48, loving husband,father,son,brother and uncle,won his battle with a Glioblastoma brain tumor on January 25, 2011. He lived in his own little corner of the world in the woods of Woodland,Washington with his loving wife,Mary Burnett,for their entire 24-year marriage,and the important people in his life,their two sons,Keaton Burnett,age 19,and Dalton Burnett,age 14.
Jeff was born in Medford Oregon on May 7,1962. He spent his young childhood in Portland,Oregon and Sandy Oregon, before moving to Ridgefield Washington, where he graduated from high school in 1980. He attended Clark College and was a self-employed contractor.
Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lyle and Marie Burnett and Herb and Edith Steele,his father-in-law,Charles Estes,and his sister-in-law,Gail Estes Rhodes. He is survived by a large extended family,including his parents, Gloria Caler,Carol Burnett, Dennis Burnett, and Mickie Estes,six brothers,three sisters,19 brothers and sister-in-law,34 nieces and nephews,six great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Some of the greatest times of Jeff's life were spent on the greens of the Lewis River Golf Course with his wife, sons,brothers, and friends. He will be forever missed.
