| About Me | I am 44, a single parent of 2 awesome boys.God places adversity before us 2 see if we catch onto the hint of becoming better, kinder, wiser. I look 2 those who empower me, & keep me to higher standards. My goal seems surreal, Get America Healthy. I am 44, and a single parent who hit Lottery twice!!! A lottery not in monetary terms but Lottery in learning love, patience and understanding. The Autistic Lottery, and Multiple Special Needs. As a mom of two awesome boys. I consider myself a work in progress, which means growth, and I never think anyone stops growing. I am very blessed in the respect that I have lived the life of an obese woman (300 lbs.) and a very healthy woman (145lbs). I know what it takes to change and have written down a program and lived these behavioral changes. But before it starts with behavior, it first has to come to us in thought. I believe there is a process we implement in our thoughts to get us to the results we desire in our lives. I go through a series of questions before I make my food choices and this has helped me tremendously in keeping me on track and living the healthy life style. My goal is to continue to teach people this process so they may also become their own coach in healthy living. Who I'd like to meet: I have the mindset that keeping in company with people who challenge me to become my best is what I MUST have in my life. Honesty is what I crave, even if it may frustrate me, just allows me to see myself better. I desire to meet others who have positive outlooks and live life in the moment.
