About Me	From RCI I spent a year at Meisterschaft College and gained entrance to University of Manitoba Engineering class in 1968. Switched to Mechanical Engineering at University of Waterloo. Married Harriet Burgoyne in 1972 and together we graduated in '73 Harriet got a position programming at Prudential of America and I joined the Engineering Department at Canada Packers. After 7 years I moved to Inservac, a small custom fibreglass manufacturer. This company bought a similar firm in Santa Clara California and Harriet, our two girls and I moved to Saratoga California to manage the plant. After 6 years there we moved back to St. Catharines Ontario where I worked in publishing eventually becoming Publisher of The St. Catharines Standard, a daily newspaper. When the paper was sold, I started a rowing shell manufacturing company and built over 100 boats in 5 years. I sold this company and started a fund raising consulting company with a partner. We did a number of projects for local charitable organizations and I have been retired now for over 10 years. I spend my time with painting, photography, golf and old cars.
